Launch notice: This initial terms template must be reviewed by qualified counsel and adapted to the operating company, jurisdiction, refund policy, taxes, and dispute process before commercial launch.
Permitted use
Conversias is a business conversation-management and customer-relationship service for Facebook Pages and other integrations that the customer is authorized to manage. Customers must comply with Meta platform terms and policies, privacy and consumer-protection law, consent requirements, and applicable anti-spam rules.
Prohibited use
Customers may not scrape profiles, impersonate people, evade platform safeguards, rotate identities to avoid enforcement, send unlawful or deceptive messages, upload malicious content, sell unauthorized data, harass recipients, or use Conversias to conceal automation.
Messaging eligibility
Conversias includes locked standard-window and opt-out safeguards. These are protective product controls, not legal advice or a guarantee that any message is permitted. The customer remains responsible for its audience, consent, content, purpose, frequency, and compliance with the most current platform rules.
Automations
Built-in automations perform internal CRM tasks such as tagging, assignment, stage changes, and follow-up creation. Conversias does not promise autonomous mass messaging outside approved platform methods.
Meta availability
Meta permissions, access levels, tokens, app-review decisions, API versions, Page tasks, webhook availability, recipient settings, and policies can change. Conversias may pause or block a connection or delivery when its health checks identify an unsafe or uncertain state.
Subscriptions and billing
Plan limits can restrict connected Pages, contacts, team members, storage, and monthly usage. A submitted payment or receipt does not activate a manually reviewed plan until an authorized administrator approves it. Cancellation at period end does not create a partial-period refund unless required by law or an applicable written policy.
Availability and support
Conversias aims to provide a stable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, delivery, response rates, business outcomes, or continued access to third-party platforms. Maintenance and protective suspension may occur when necessary for security, compliance, or reliability.
