Information processed
Conversias processes workspace account details and profile images, authorized Facebook Page identifiers and encrypted credentials, Page conversation events, Page-scoped contact identifiers, message content, customer relationship data, safe automation records, campaign records, support tickets, technical logs, subscription invoices, payment references, and privately stored payment-proof files required to operate the service.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, connect authorized Pages, display and respond to conversations, validate messaging eligibility, apply internal CRM actions, operate permitted campaigns, prevent abuse, provide reports, secure the service, support customers, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Facebook and Meta data
Conversias accesses Meta data only through an authorization flow approved by a Page administrator. Access tokens are encrypted at rest. Conversias does not scrape unrelated Facebook profiles, sell personal information, or use browser automation to evade Meta controls.
Safe automations
Conversias automations are limited to internal actions such as tagging a contact, setting a CRM stage, assigning an agent, or creating a follow-up. They do not secretly imitate a person or bypass platform messaging restrictions.
Retention and deletion
Workspace owners can disconnect Pages and request deletion. The Compliance Center provides configurable retention guidance and opt-out controls. Meta data-deletion callbacks remove the related Meta connection and dependent imported Page data, subject to records that must be retained for security, billing, dispute, or legal purposes.
Progressive Web App
The Conversias service worker caches the public application shell and static assets for speed and offline navigation. It does not intentionally cache protected API responses, private messages, access tokens, payment proofs, or authenticated workspace data.
Payment records
Uploaded payment proofs are kept in private application storage and delivered only after an authenticated authorization check. Workspace owners and authorized system administrators may access records needed for billing review.
Security
Conversias uses encrypted credentials, secure sessions, role-based access, signed webhook validation, one-time OAuth states, audit trails, delivery safeguards, circuit protection, and least-privilege practices. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
Authorized users may update account information, disconnect Pages, manage customer opt-outs, export appropriate workspace data, and request deletion. People who receive Page messages may use supported opt-out keywords configured by the workspace.
