Facebook Data Deletion
Removing Conversias from Facebook Business Integrations or submitting a Meta data-deletion request removes the related Meta connection and dependent imported Page data from Conversias, subject to operational or legal records that must be retained.

Manual request
A workspace owner may email privacy@conversias.com from the account email address. Include the business name and connected Facebook Page name. Never email access tokens, passwords, payment card details, or one-time login codes.
Disconnect first
Workspace owners can disconnect a Page from the Facebook Pages area. Disconnecting stops new synchronization while a deletion request removes dependent imported data according to the applicable retention rules.
